Cocktail Ingredients: Crushed Ice 30ml vodka 50ml strong black coffee or espresso, or use instant espresso powder 4 coffee beans to garnish Shrub Ingredients: 50 ml freshly brewed espresso 50g golden caster sugar 50g balsamic vinegar Method: To make the coffee shrub, pour the espresso into a jug with the golden caster sugar.
