A high grown bean which gives the coffee a clean complexity. Sun dried for a subtle sweetness and roasted at our highest temperatures for a darker bean lowering it's acidity and softening it's body. Colombia high roast has a lasting and impactful flavour with a smoky vanilla like, lingering aftertaste. An indulgent coffee, which lends itself perfectly for dinner parties through a cafetière in the evening, with a dash of cream.
