Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription. When you purchase a subscription, you are agreeing to receive repeat deliveries based on the delivery frequency and duration selected at checkout.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery, unless the subscription is paid in advance.

Minimum Commitment

Subscriptions that include a discount (such as Subscribe & Save offers) require a minimum commitment of two (2) orders. This means:

  • Your first order is charged and processed immediately at checkout

  • Your second order will be charged automatically at the next scheduled delivery

  • Cancellation or termination of the subscription is only permitted after the second order has been successfully processed

This minimum commitment is clearly disclosed before purchase and forms part of the subscription agreement.

Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription

Once the minimum commitment has been met, you may cancel or amend your subscription at any time.

You can manage your subscription by using the link provided in your order confirmation email or by accessing your customer account. Changes or cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following delivery.

Auto-Renewal

Some subscriptions may automatically renew on an ongoing basis after the minimum commitment period. If you do not wish to continue, you may cancel at any time after the second order has been completed.

Returns & Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to our standard Returns Policy. Refunds are not provided for subscription orders that fall within the minimum commitment period unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
