Blendsmiths’ engraved bamboo whisk is an eco-friendly essential designed for everyday matcha making. Whisk your matcha with hot water to break down any particles and create a smooth, perfectly blended consistency, ready for you to top up with your preferred milk for a café-style finish at home.

Care Instructions

Soak the whisk in cold water for 2 minutes before its first use. After use, rinse thoroughly and gently shake off excess water, then pat dry and store in a dry place. Avoid leaving it wet to prevent damage and help it keep its shape.

Make Matcha in Three Simple Steps

Use your Blendsmiths bowl, whisk and scoop to whip up smooth, frothy matcha at home in moments.

Prep your bowl & whisk

Warm the ceramic matcha bowl with a little hot water, then discard. Soak the bamboo whisk in warm water for 1–2 minutes to soften the bristles.

Measure & add water

Use the bamboo scoop to add 1–2 scoops of matcha to the bowl, then pour in a small amount of hot (not boiling) water – about 60–80 ml at 70–80°C.

Whisk, serve & enjoy

Whisk briskly in a W or M motion until smooth and frothy. Drink straight from the bowl as traditional matcha, or pour into a cup and top with hot water or milk for a matcha latte.
