Ethiopia Sweet Berry Coffee

Sweet Berry is a classic natural coffee from Adame village, with a premium that directly funds clean-water wells in producer communities. Only fully ripe, deep-red cherries are hand-picked, then sun-dried whole on raised tables using the traditional natural process — delivering rich, fruit-forward flavour.

Roast Intensity
Roast intensity shows how deeply the beans are roasted. Lighter roasts lift bright, delicate notes; darker roasts deliver a richer body, deeper sweetness, and a longer, bolder finish.

Brightness
Brightness refers to acidity. The crisp, lively lift you taste in the cup. Higher brightness brings brighter, fruit-forward notes; lower brightness feels smoother, rounder, and more mellow.
