HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. WHAT WILL I RECEIVE IN THE POST?
Choose the products that you want in the quantity and frequency you need them – we’ll do the rest. From as little as one bag of coffee beans every month. Choose from our full range including beans, filter coffee, coffees suited to Cafetiere, Aeropress or Nespresso® compatible* pods. Change coffees whenever you fancy a change, pause your subscription when you are on holiday and cancel any time.
2. WHAT TYPES OF COFFEE ARE AVAILABLE?
Our whole range, which means there is a blend and format to suit you. The subscription designer tool will walk you through the process and ensure you get the right blend for the right type of machine to suit your taste. Not sure? No problem, our Roasters Delight choice includes some of our favourites that’ll perform on the palate and really wet your whistle.
3. HOW OFTEN WILL I GET MY COFFEE?
We’ll deliver your coffee to your home or an address of your choice and wherever possible it’ll be sent in letterbox friendly packs by Royal Mail. Alternatively we can deliver to your workplace.
4. CAN I CANCEL, PAUSE OR CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
We believe that you should have complete control over your Farrer’s Coffee Subscription to enjoy coffee the way you want to. Simply log in and change your subscription based on your needs. You’re free to amend, pause, cancel or bring forward your regular delivery at any time.
5. HOW DOES THE GIFT SERVICE WORK?
If you choose a Farrers subscription as a gift, we can gift wrap your order on the first delivery together with a message of your choice.

How do I change my delivery frequency? Payment details? Delivery date?
You can change your deliver frequency by logging in to the online portal and changing your preferences from there.
How do you send the coffee to me?
Most parcels will arrive within 48/72 hours of you placing your order.
I haven’t received my order?
If you haven’t received your order after 96 hours please contact us on and we will help resolve this as quickly as possible for you on email@example.com or telephone us on 01539 720020.

I don’t know which coffee to pick?
For subscription holders who like discovering new and exciting blends we recommend that they pick from our ‘Roaster’s Delight’ selection. These include hand selected blends and favourite’s from our master roaster Rob. We regularly change the coffee available to include seasonal blends and special roasts. This is ideal for those who love to discover and want to appreciate coffee discovery.
I don’t have a grinder please could you supply me with a certain grind type?
No problem. Just select the coffee grind that you’re looking for from our menu when you’re building your subscription.
Can I get a coffee pod subscription?
We currently offer Nespresso® compatible coffee pods which you can mix and match in your order to receive a variety of pods. We will also be offering Dolce Gusto compatible pods in the not too distant future.
